DAY 1 = SAI GON ARRIVAL (NO MEAL)

Arrival in Sai Gon. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 2 = SAI GON + CU CHI TUNNEL (B/L/D)

Pick up & depart for Cu Chi tunnel (2 hours driving from HCMC). Cu Chi is famous for its network of underground tunnels used by Vietnamese Revolutionary army in the anti-American resistance war with over 200 kms long and 12 m deep. You’ll be well guided to discover this tunnel with unforgettable feelings. Back to Sai Gon.

After lunch, visit city tour with visit Thong Nhat Conference Hall, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the bustling China Town, Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 3 = SAI GON + MEKONG DELTA (B/L/D)

Depart to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Known as the “rice bowl” of Vietnam, the Delta is the most fertile region in the country and the main producer of rice and tropical fruits. Upon arrival in My Tho, take a boat trip to get over the Tien River to An Khanh, enjoying sightseeing that includes floating fish farms and markets on four fabled islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix Islands. Later, a rowboat winds along narrow water palm creeks, stop to visit local houses to see how people pack banana and coconut leaf cakes. Enjoy seasonal fruits and drop in at a local coconut candy workshop to taste the local specialty! Walk on a monkey-bridge to see the local people making rice paper cake and rice wine. Enjoy a lunch of delicious local cuisine, before the boat trip back to My Tho City and return to Saigon. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 4 = SAI GON DEPARTURE (B)

Free for leisure until transfer to airport for flight to back hom. End of trip.
