DAY 01 = HA NOI ARRIVAL + CITY TOUR (D)

Pick up at airport and transfer to hotel. Take a city tour visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), an important place of pilgrimage for Vietnamese,  Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts, built in the style of Vietnam’s ethnic minorities, surrounded by verdant and peaceful gardens, One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th century, of wood on a single stone pillar resembling a lotus blossom, symbol of purity, rising out of a sea of sorrow. Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam founded in 1070 boasting 82 stone stele with the names, places of birth and achievements of men who received doctorates in each triennial examination from 1442. Overnight in Ha Noi.

*Note: Ho Chi Minh house is closed on Monday afternoon.

 DAY 02 = HA NOI + SAPA (B/L/D)

07:30 Transfer to Sapa. Enjoy an interesting 5-hour drive to Sapa, visitors will see the terraces, gorgeous mountains and people at work. Arrive in Sapa at noon. Having lunch at local restaurant.

15:00 Take to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery. Reach the altitute of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. (Spend about 1,5 hours for hiking and taking photos). Come back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town.

Free for relax and visit Sapa town with Sapa cathedral, Sapa market. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 03 = SAPA + HA NOI (B/L/D)

Transfer to visit Lao Chai – minority village of the H’Mong people and Ta Van – minority village of Dzay people. Enjoy natural landscape and local people life. Transfer back to Sapa town. Having lunch at local restaurant.

Transfer to visit Thac Bac (Water Fall) – one of landscape of Sapa.

14:30 Transfer back to Ha Noi.

19:30 Arrive in Ha Noi. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 04 = HA NOI + HA LONG (B/L/D)

Transfer to Ha Long city. Enjoy an interesting 3.5 hour drive to Halong City, visitors will see the rich farmlands, water buffalo and people at work. Arrive in Ha Long wharf at noon. Take a boat trip to visit Ha Long Bay– a world heritage site. Great photo opportunities of shaped islands like Dog island, Incense Burner island, Fighting Cock island and so on. Visiting Sung Sot cave or Thien Canh Son cave. Enjoy sunset. After dinner, relax, drinking or fishing at your pleasure before spending a night on board. Overnight on cruise.

DAY 05 = HA LONG + HA NOI (B/LUNCH OR BRUNCH/D)

Enjoy morning with cake, tea or coffee. More cruising toward ilets of Man’s head, Tortoise and visit Hidden cave by a small bamboo row-boat. Cruising through Bai Tu Long bay and heading back to Ha Long pier. Check out. Have buffet brunch or lunch. Return to the wharf at noon. Pick up then transfer back to Ha Noi. Take a short city tour, visit to the historic Old Quarter of Hanoi with 36 streets named after the goods once sold there. Visit Hoan Kiem Lake, an oasis of calm right in the heart of the city. Overnight at hotel in Ha Noi.

DAY 06 = HANOI DEPARTURE + DA NANG (B/L/D)

Free for leisure until transfer back to to airport for flight to Da Nang.

Arrive in Da Nang. Transfer to hotel for check in (check in time: 14.00)

The rest of day is free at leisure. Overnight in Da Nang. 

DAY 07 = DA NANG + HUE + DA NANG (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Hue city (100km). Visit Imperial Citadel, which covers an area of 52 km2, the construction began between 1804 and 1833 under the Nguyen dynasty, surrounded as a fortification guarded by 80 bunkers and a deep trench of 40m large, connected by a bridge in front of ten gates and the elaborate Mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dinh. Then visit Thien Mu Pagoda. 

Transfer back to Da Nang. Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 08 = DA NANG + BA NA HILL + DA NANG (B/L/D)

08:00 Departure to Ba Na hills

Arrive at the cable car station. Sitting in the cabin, in midair, looking upon the endless tree lone of the forest. Experiencing the pristine ecological system of the Ba Na mountain will leave you a sense of unforeseeable discovery.

Visit the Le Jardin, old wineries- remains of French Villas and Linh Ung pagoda with 27m high Buddha statue. Leave Le Jardin for the second cable car station

Visit and play game at the Fantasy Park– Ba Na Hills Fantasy Park- the third largest indoor amusement park in the world (only some free games depending on Ba Na policy). Conquer the Peak of Chua mountain at the height of 1,487m. Leave Peak of Chua mountain, passing by Suspension Bridge. Lunch at restaurant on mountain.

15:00 Return to cable car station at the foot of Ba Na mountain and transfer back to Da Nang.

The rest of day is free for swimming and relaxing on the beach near by the hotel. 

Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 09 = DA NANG CITY TOUR + HOI AN TOWN + DA NANG (B/L/D)

Morning time, take a city tour to visit Da Nang city. Visit Linh Ung pagoda, Son Tra peninsula and Han market.

Afternoon: Visit Marble Mountains on the way to Hoi An. Take an enchanting tour of Hoi An Old Town – UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking around the charming Hoi An Town on foot, following the narrow lanes, standing the ancient houses on both sides blending with Chinese, Japanese style and a bit of European, to see the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Meeting Hall, Tan Ky House. Enjoy shopping time here with numerous art galleries, handmade souvenir stores and tailor shops, where you can get some quick made-to-measure clothes.

Dinner at local restaurant in Hoi An. Transfer back to Da Nang. Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 10 = DA NANG DEPARTURE + SAI GON (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until drive to Da Nang airport for flight to Sai Gon.

Arrival in Sai Gon. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 11 = SAI GON + CU CHI TUNNEL (B/L/D)

Pick up & depart for Cu Chi tunnel (2 hours driving from HCMC). Cu Chi is famous for its network of underground tunnels used by Vietnamese Revolutionary army in the anti-American resistance war with over 200 kms long and 12 m deep. You’ll be well guided to discover this tunnel with unforgettable feelings. Back to Sai Gon.

After lunch, visit city tour with visit Thong Nhat Conference Hall, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the bustling China Town, Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 12 = SAI GON + MEKONG DELTA (B/L/D)

Depart to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Known as the “rice bowl” of Vietnam, the Delta is the most fertile region in the country and the main producer of rice and tropical fruits. Upon arrival in My Tho, take a boat trip to get over the Tien River to An Khanh, enjoying sightseeing that includes floating fish farms and markets on four fabled islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix Islands. Later, a rowboat winds along narrow water palm creeks, stop to visit local houses to see how people pack banana and coconut leaf cakes. Enjoy seasonal fruits and drop in at a local coconut candy workshop to taste the local specialty! Walk on a monkey-bridge to see the local people making rice paper cake and rice wine. Enjoy a lunch of delicious local cuisine, before the boat trip back to My Tho City and return to Saigon. Overnight in Sai Gon.

DAY 13 = SAI GON DEPARTURE (B)

Departure day. At leisure until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for back home. End of trip.
